Your yacht, charter and marina data is sensitive. This is how SupaSailing protects it, as set out in the data processing agreement that comes with every subscription.
Encryption in Transit and at Rest
TLS for every connection, encryption at rest for databases, files and backups, and an extra application-level layer for secrets such as MFA seeds, payment tokens and signing keys.
Hosted in Europe
Application servers in Paris and each module's database in an EU region or in London (UK, covered by an EU adequacy decision). The list of sub-processors is public.
Granular Access Control
Roles scoped by organisation, vessel, marina, yard or association, row-level security in the database, and multi-factor authentication available for every user.
Activity Logs
Sign-ins, access to sensitive documents, electronic signatures and administrative actions are logged where the module supports it, and e-signatures carry an audit trail.
Backups & Recovery
Daily database backups kept for seven days, uploaded files mirrored daily to a separate store, and documented restore procedures.
